The space Brand new & designed with your comfort in mind. Short or mid term stays for those who like to eat out or order take in. There is no stove. 2x Super King beds, big screen TV, Netflix, heat pump/air con, lounge with breakfast bar and workspace. Guest access We have an amazing view, so located on a hill. Your private suite access is via a moderate sloped concrete ramp for wheeled luggage. Just two steps and pathway down to your suite. There is also a public walkway and street parking down footpath steps to Wellington St, care needed at night on the public steps. The access may be challenging for the more elderly. Occasionally the second bedroom is not available. A comfortable queen size sofa sleeper can accommodate up to two guests and is available for $15 per guest per night. If this is not suitable some dates may only be suitable for two guests. We will notify you straight away if you are booking for 4 guests and the second bedroom is not available.
