Beutenaken Three

Cozy 4 person holiday home located on the main road from Slenaken to Gulpen.  5 people can but is tight. Living area about 55m2 All beds are provided with a duvet and pillow. Upon arrival, you will find made beds. Upon arrival, you must complete a night register for the Municipal Tourist Tax. The tourist tax of €1.35 per person (older than 14 years) per night and must be paid before check-out. The space On the ground floor is a living room with seating area and an open kitchen. Living room is fully furnished with television. Kitchen with 4-burner gas appliance, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge freezer. The kitchen is further equipped with all daily necessities. On the ground floor is also the toilet with shower and sink in a room.  On the 1st floor are the bedrooms with on room 1 and room 2 an extra private sink with hot and cold water. Room 1, has a double bed with the size 140 cm by 200 cm and a narrow wardrobe. Room 2, also has a double bed with single mattresses, size 160 cm by 200 cm, a nightstand and a large wardrobe.  In room 3, there is an extra single bed. Outside there is a beautiful terrace, which can be reached by stairs. Terrace chairs with table are provided. Guest access Parking is available. In addition, the terrace with small playground, which is accessible by stairs, is available.
