Basic pots and pans for cooking and other odds and ends. Dining table with 4 dining chairs and 2 stools and a chalkboard for a bit of fun. We love seeing how creative people can be so feel free to express your creativity here. MAIN BEDROOM: The main bedroom has a very comfortable Queen bed, chest of draws, and TV set up with DVD player. 2nd BEDROOM: 2 x Single beds, bedside table, a chest of draws, and TV (no DVD player). LIVING AREA: The living area has a 2 X futon* lounge, and a TV with a DVD player. There is also a desk and office chair available for use. BACKYARD: Carport and rear yard access are available. There are about 5 steps down to the backyard which contains a basketball hoop and clothesline. Plenty of open space to park your car, boat, trail/push bikes etc. The front and rear yards are currently a blank canvas and on our TDL list to receive some TLC to be transformed when funds and time allow. BATHROOM: Compact bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Handrail in the shower area. LAUNDRY: Laundry with washing machine, iron, and iron board available. Clothesline in the backyard and inside clothes horse available for use. ——SUPPLIES: Bed linen, towels, soap, and toilet paper are supplied at the beginning of your stay. Basic essentials are also on hand including tea, coffee, sugar and milk. FAQ’s Heating: There is a gas heater in the main leaving area. For Lithgow’s frosty nights, we have 3 x electric throw rugs to keep you extra toasty. Additional blankets are also available in the wardrobe if required. Cooling: The property has pedestal fans for hot days. WIFI: NBN is now available! ——-THE AREA—— This is a quiet neighborhood with views of the surrounding mountains and is often filled with native birds of the afternoon (see pictures) or the occasional kangaroo. Bird seed is available if you would like to feed the birds. If you are interested in Kangaroo sightings please ask and we can point you in the right direction depending on the time of year.
