The space Conveniently situated on the north side of Dublin, this beautiful townhouse offers you two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 5 people. This beautifully designed home has a new kitchen, modern bathroom, additional separate toilet and light, airy living spaces. The room is available for bookings of 2 nights minimum. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS HOUSE IS SHARED WITH MY PARTNER AND I SO GUESTS DO NOT HAVE THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THIS HOUSE. Guest access Apart from my bedroom, you may use all the areas of the house. You are more than welcome to cook meals in the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. During your stay I work during the week and so you'll have the space to yourself quite a bit. You can check yourself into the house. Also, you can call or message me whenever you need to. Other things to note There is a cupboard for guests with the essentials like coffee, tea, sugar etc for your convenience.Please help yourself to the fresh milk. I will leave a shelf free for you in the fridge so that you can store foods that you wish to cook with.You are more than welcome to use the kitchen to cook meals, all we ask is that you clean up after your self after each meal.Thanks Daniele
