This private and spacious 4BR villa is perched steps above a small, secluded beach and offers the best sunset views in Paros. Our home is made for vacationing families with plenty of amenities, beach toys, towels, games and books. Located within a 10-minute walk to all Paroikia has to offer. Perfect for families and swimming lovers. You won’t find a home like this anywhere on Paros, built in a time before permits restricted building so close to the sea, these houses are steps from the water. The space Fall/Winter Update: The home is outfitted with heaters, storm-quality windows, and lots of blankets if you choose to come between November and February. The days on Paros are typically warm (75F/23C), while evenings can dip to (50 F/ 10C). In front of the house, in the yard right along the seaside, there is a covered outdoor dining area patio and a front sitting, lounging area for savoring the splendid seaviews. An ideal spot for gazing out at the blue Aegean Sea under the shade of several tamarisk trees whilst being just steps from a secluded swimming cove. This house was built in 1949 and may lack several modern amenities (pool, extra bathrooms) but makes up in location (the sea steps away!), comfort (lots of seating and beds) and amazing proximity to the town center (minutes from Parikia and all its beauty). We trade in our electronics and valuables for a bottle of retsina and a good book. We have WiFi and A/C, but we skip the TV, computers and smartphones. In return, we spend more time with our guests and neighbors, swim more, take more naps, love more and really embrace the Greek way.
