This space is not soundproof so be mindful of high noise levels especially before 10 AM and after 10 PM eastern standard time. This is also a Non Smoking Community! There is No Smoking Allowed NOWHERE on the Premises! Smokers who violate this policy will be in breach of the house rules and will be IMMEDIATELY escorted off the Property and Guaranteed to a Smoking Fine of $450 (Non-Negotiable) Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file. Guest access All Guest Have Access To the Community Amenities, it Just Has to Be Reserved in advance. Guest Do Not Have Access to On-site staff members. Anyone in Violation of this Agreement will be Subject to $125 Penalty. Please Contact The Host Directly If You Need Anything! There is a Parking Fee of $20 a Day If Your Interested in Parking. YOU MUST HAVE A PASS in Order To Park on the PremiEs. If Your Vehicle is Not on the List, Your Vehicle Will Be Subject To Be Towed. Free Street Parking Is Also Available. Other things to note ID Verification is Required No Parties! Community Quiet Hours (( 10pm - 8am)) The Pool Has To be Reserved in Advance ( 2 People Max) Security Will Have a List of Names Prior Upon Entry. All guests will receive the building entry and front door entry codes upon reservation confirmation. The address is not publicly online due to security for our guests during their stay. Reserved Guests will privately receive the address in a confirmation message/email, or through the booking source directly. Key less entry gives our guests a peace of mind, by knowing they can access the home without staff being present. Our staff will contact you via phone before your check in to assist with any and all questions you may have about your reservation or the check in process. Once you arrive to the front door we do have a 24/7 Ring Camera System that views all sides. Please avoid bringing in additional guests and covering up the cameras. If at anytime our cameras are covered, a staff member will be dispatched to the property and guests will have to pay $25 for each additional guests/visitor not listed. You do not have to report to the leasing office when checking in to our location.
