A spacious, private home that is modern, stylish and comfortable in Wanaka with mountain views. Immaculate and warm ( double glazed, 2 heat pumps and a gas fire). A 3 bedroom house (maximum number of guests 7) with beautiful furnishings and fully equipped. There are two queen bedrooms and a third bedroom with one single bed and one bunk. Two bathrooms (master has ensuite) with separate showers, The house is professionally cleaned and all linen is provided. The space Doors open out of the dining area to the BBQ area with plenty of garden furniture and large lawn. Perfect for sipping mulled wine while telling daring or improbable tales of the ski slopes or day’s activities. The kitchen is just like you have at home with electric frypan, slow cooker, rice cooker and even a coffee machine. It has a ceramic cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer with a good selection of crockery, glasses and utensils - everything for the serious cook or the odd takeaway. Large TV in the lounge with DVD player and also a TV in the master bedroom. Guest access Plenty of additional parking outside in the driveway or the cull de sac parking. Other things to note Treble Cone and Cardrona ski fields are a 30 minute drive . In the summer easy access to the lake for boating, water skiing and fishing. Only a 20 minute walk to the town centre with shops, restaurants and the cinema Paradiso also the lake, tennis, bowling, croquet and squash courts.
