Clean, sunny and traditional Japanese ryokan centrally located in Kawaguchiko. An ideal location for exploring Mt. Fuji, we are 10 mins. We offer breakfast for an additional cost(1000JPY/person). Japanese style is 1500JPY/person. The space More than just a place to sleep, our family run ryokan is a place to experience the traditional Japanese lifestyle and hospitality. Each room is private, featuring tatami floors, futon beds, wooden furniture. The Bathroom and toilets are shared. The ryokan is located on a quiet and sunny street, with beautiful mountain views and fresh air. Wi-fi internet is available in each room. Free parking is available in front. We have a collection of fine handmade goods from local artisans, including ceramics, traditional figures, fine art prints and traditional Japanese goods at the entrance. Please inquire for an exclusive visit to our on-site shop with rare collectibles that you won't find elsewhere. Guest access Rooms are private and yours to enjoy. We have three shared bathrooms in total. The main shower & bath room downstairs includes three shower heads and an oversized bathtub, with shampoo, conditioner and body soap free of charge. Toilets and communal wash areas are available both upstairs and downstairs, complete with heated Japanese toilets with bidet. There are a total of 6 rooms in the ryokan. There is a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker available for guest use. Downstairs we have a communal living area, with sofas, table and hi fi stereo sound system. Laundry is available on-site for a small additional fee. There is also a nearby coin laundromat within 3 mins. walking distance. Please note: as we are a traditional Japanese inn, the kitchen is limited to staff use only. During your stay A member of ryokan host family will be available to check you in. You'll be able to reach us in person or via the Airbnb app during your stay. Please pardon our limited English, but we're here to make your trip to Mt. Fuji memorable.
