Pearl House

Pearl House is nested within greenery in Ernakulam city away from its hustle and bustle. Close to nature with a garden, rain water harvesting , solar lighting system , bio gas , aquaponics etc.. Our house is near Deshabhimani road just 4 kms away from Lulu shopping mall and 2 kms from JLN Stadium Metro station.. If you are looking for a peaceful space within the city limits, our home may be the choice. We live next door, in case you need anything… The space We have 03 bedrooms (02 ac rooms and 01 non ac room) with attached bathrooms, a long veranda, dining hall, working kitchen with basic utensils, solar power back up , bio gas and other environmental friendly initiatives .. We also provide-basic cutlery/ crockery, TV, washing machine, fridge, mixer grinder, tea/ coffee kettle, toaster and water purifier etc.. to get a homely and local experience we make the room ready with printed /coloured bedsheets and Kerala cotton bath towels called “Thorthu” for bathrooms.. which absorb water quickly and dry fast.. parking space for one car is provided in the compound.. Windows/ doors are secured with mosquito proof nets.., a CCTV camera at the entrance as an additional security arrangement.. Guest access Guest can access entire house. Please note that bed rooms are made ready based on number of guests staying ( for example - for two people one bed room will be made ready, other two bedrooms which are not required will be closed..) Other things to note z. Some more information for our guests:- To avoid our neighbours to be at inconvenience.. we do not entertain request for events/ parties/ birthday celebration and Get together.. Guests are also requested to avoid loud music and absorb silent hours post 10pm.. we do prefer families to stay with us .. As we do not have separate space /rest rooms for drivers, guests who bring drivers are requested to provide them accommodation in nearby lodges at walkable distance . Since we have other guests in the compound, driver sleeping overnight in the car, is not allowed.. We request our esteemed guests to support us for conserving energy and water (kindly avoid using bath tub) as far as possible and adhere to waste management protocols by segregating dry and wet waste, during your stay with us.. as we have few plants on the upper level, we would be watering the plants during day without disturbing guests.. guests are also requested to switch off Ac, lights and fans when not in use..and also when you leave the property.. For an enhanced security arrangement we would be closing the inner main gate with latch around 9.30 pm, and guests are requested to put back the latch after entry.. We expect that our esteemed guests will keep the house neat and clean during the stay and at the time of departure… Kindly avoid smoking inside the house..request guests to use balcony area for smoking, if required.. thank you for your understanding and cooperation..
