Ancient farmhouse from the '700 - Fiorenza

Nestled in 26 hectares of woodland and vineyards, this renovated 18th century rural Country house offers numerous services for guests. The farm has it's own pool where you can taste our wines! This apartment is perfect for all the people who wanna enjoy the Garda lake in a real way, just 7 km from Garda but far enough from the caos of the lake shore. Last but not least our family will be more than happy to meet you and share a little part of our life with you. The space This apartment is located in an ancient farmhouse (eighteenth-century), which was used in the past as barn and croppers’ dwelling. The courtyard is surrounded by vineyards of Casalmenini farm; which produces local DOC wines. During the external renovation of the building we tried to keep its authentic characteristics. Within the apartments all furnishing elements are high-class Italian products. In our country house we have 13 apartments, and they have been recently renovated with charm, trying to keep some element of the past mixed with some modern design pieces. The apartments can be on the ground floor ( with a private terrace in front of the apartment ) or on the first floor ( with a private garden ), but they are really similar and with the same services. All our apartments has a private terrace or a private garden, a comfortable double bed, a living area with a sofa bed suitable for two persons, an equipped kitchenette, a cozy bathroom with shower. We have 2 kind of apartment: Openspace: the sleeping area and living area are not completely separated Separated bedroom: there is a wall between the sleeping room and the living room. In the living room there is the kitchenette and the sofa bed (queen size). You gonna love the beautiful forniture ( most of them came from the houses of our relatives ) and the wood roof create a cozy atmosphere. All the farmhouse has been recently renovated so you'll have at your disposal Airco, Sat-tv and Wifi ( please note that router is not inside the apartment and the wall are really deep so it could be that the signal is not enough strong for streaming, but for mailing or normal internet research you'll have no problem ) Each apartment of our country house has the name of an important member of our family, and their vitality is fixed by original vintage shots, which have a great emotional bund for us. This apartment in particular has the name of our aunt FIORENZA. The Country-house is located on the main road from Affi to Caprino, so it's well connected with all the service of the area. The cars drive quite fast on the road but thanks to the hedge and all the grapes trees you will not hear the noise of the car. Guest access Coming in our beautiful farmhouse you'll have at your disposal also many other services, here below you can take a look :) - The hall: is where we will welcome you, and where you will get your breakfast. This room is where our family was used to organize the dinner with all the worker of the family ( that's why there is a big fire place ). Our breakfast is served in picnic baskets, and you can taste all our traditional products whenever you want and where you prefer. Here in this room you can get also all the information about restaurants and activities of the neighborhood. - Just next to the hall there is another important room: The Laundry ( with a common washing machine ) and the deposit of the bicycle. Here we keep also our bikes, feel free to use it :) - In front of the Country house there is a wide garden, with a barbecue, a playground for the kids ( with the seesaw and the sandbox ) and some wood table. - Inside our property there is also a little forest ( ~ 5 hectares ) where we prepare for our guest some paths, perfect for jogging or a relaxing walk in the nature, -Free parking within the property Other things to note We produce wine and much more important we love wine :) that's why we wanna share with you our passion and at the check in you'll have a present bottle. We produce 3 kind of wine: Bardolino, our red wine Bardolino Chiaretto, our rosè wine Pinot Grigio, our white wine we also have a little production of olive oil so depending on the season you can also taste our olive oil.
