Perfect base for St Ives' galleries, beaches, eateries and shops. Small and cosy, comfortable stone cottage with small, paved garden and sun trap balcony. Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. Upstairs, bathroom with toilet; separate wet room and toilet on ground floor. Sitting room and dining area. Modern kitchen and washing machine. 5-15 minutes walk to town centre, all beaches, Tate St Ives, Barbara Hepworth sculpture garden, Leach Pottery. The space Old cottage with modern details. Small but cosy. 2 bedrooms on 1st floor with bathroom and toilet. Modern wet room with toilet on ground floor. Double bedroom has a sunny balcony overlooking small paved garden. Second bedroom with large double bed. Limited storage in both bedrooms: large shelved cupboard in main bedroom; drawers under bed in second bedroom. Plenty of coat hangers. All bed linen and towels provided included in cleaning and laundry bill. Please bring your own beach towels. Guest access The whole house and garden are available exclusively for guests. I do not rent the cottage to guests under the age of 18 unless accompanied by an adult. The cottage is located in easy walking distance of the town, beaches, restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries. Parking in St Ives is very restricted so try to avoid driving into town. It is possible to find free on street parking in the streets surrounding the cottage though you may have to drive around a bit. Other things to note Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is by 10am to allow for cleaning and turnaround for the next guests.
