Idyllic setting with large private pool

The house and converted barn sit in the middle of the forest in a very tranquil location. Easy to find but not too far from local supermarkets and villages. The house sits in good size grounds with it's own large pool and plenty of space for the family. There is a large terrace area with a BBQ where you can relax or entertain in the evenings. The forest is wonderful for walks and bike rides along tracks and pathways. The wildlife is never far away and is truly abundant. The space There are several beaches within an hours drive from the house. Mimizan being one of them. There is also a large lake with a man made beach and water sports within 20 minutes off the house. There are various festivals on throughout the year such as the Marciac jazz festival.
