Bright Attic Studio: Tiny, Central, Safe, Spotless
Description
In a historic, well-restored building, this is your small, bright and quiet cosy studio attic in the heart of Milan. It features a private bathroom and a double bed, it’s very safe, and an ideal base to explore Milan, 2 minutes away from Cadorna station with subways, trains to Como, buses, and the Malpensa Express to the airport. Also, you can be autonomous for check-in and out (late-night arrivals are welcome). PS: if you are very tall, you might want to book my attic instead. See you soon! The space The place has been recently refurbished and is in one of the nicest buildings in Milan. The entire attic is the only property on the top floor. The small independent studio is part of this property, and I use it to welcome guests; the studio has a separate entrance door, a 135x185 cm bed, and a private bathroom. A Daikin Emura air-conditioning unit is surely oversized for the studio's volume, which makes it quickly hot or cold. The neighbourhood is among the safest in the entire city. As it's on the top floor, you'll get a lot of sunlight and see the stars at night, if you're lucky. There isn't much storage space, so I suggest my place to "light travellers" or, anyway, to guests who don't need to hang up a lot of things and stay for only a short time. Also, being in an attic, you'll want to watch your head for the beams if you're super tall! I'll be thrilled to hear any suggestions to make it even better. Guest access The top floor has three entrance doors: one is yours, right in front of the stairs, and it will give you complete independent access to your studio. You can access it at any time after the chicken time. Cadorna has direct access by train to the airport and to the central station. The closest parking lot is: "ParkQuintoAlpini." It is not allowed to drive a car in the Milanese historical city centre unless a fee is paid online (look for aria c). Other things to note Just so you know, few steps are needed to reach the studio: the elevator covers 4 floors out of 5. Please consider the studio as your "pied à terre": it is your space, and you have all you need; you are right in the centre, but remember it's a "Tokyo-sized" kind of place, so don't expect to run around too much playing hide and seek. Please recall closing the elevetor's door once here. Registration Details IT015146C2OPL2GGHB
