Full bathroom with shower and sink. There's a separate laundry area on the balcony. A fully functional kitchen with built-in water filter, so you can enjoy safe and clean water without spending on bottled water. There's a fridge, freezer, oven, electric hob and an espresso machine for your convenience. A living room with dining area and a comfortable 140cm wide sofa bed. There are books and a large smart television with Netflix for entertainment. The spacious balcony overlooks the ocean and La Gomera. It offers one of the best places on the island to watch the sun set. The complex boasts a roof terrace with sunbeds and a saltwater pool, as well as a basketball court. There's a free parking lot inside the gates, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot (a rare gem in the area). In the vicinity, you'll discover restaurants, bars and grocery shops The popular sandy beach, Playa La Arena, is just a few meters from the apartment. Suitable for digital nomads: We provide high-speed fiber-optic WiFi with a 250/250 Mbps speed, more than sufficient for concurrent video calls with screen sharing and simultaneous Netflix streaming. Suitable for families: Although the apartment is small, and more suitable for 2 people for long term, it is perfectly comfortable for up to 2 adults and 2 kids on shorter stays. We provide travel crib and highchair as well as some beach toys for the little ones. The area is very family-friendly with the beach being just a few meters away and shops, restaurants and a playground close by. Please note: The apartment is on the third floor.
