The house is fully stocked, kitchen supplies, linens, bathroom supplies, wifi, tv, chromcast and washer and dryer. Guest access You will have access to our entire townhouse. Other things to note This is a NO SMOKING property. No smoking allowed inside or outside on the deck. As of January 1, 2020, the HOA of the Continental Country Club will no longer allows guest passes for access to amenities(pool, hot tubs, rec center, etc...).
