Located close to the Great Ocean Road and within walking distance to beaches, it is perfect for couples or families to relax and enjoy. The space Accommodating up to 4 guests, the loft provides 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and sitting area. While downstairs there is a modern kitchenette, European laundry and an open plan living and dining area, which opens onto a large deck overlooking the lawn and garden. The Bungalow is co-located on a family property and you may occasionally see us in the private backyard. Linen, pillows and towels should be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Any loss of or damage to any of these items will incur a replacement charge. A change of linen and/or additional cleaning can be arranged during your stay but will incur an extra charge. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination without refund. Loud conversation or noisy activities should be avoided after 11pm. Before departure, all food must be removed from the fridge, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, and crockery, cutlery and glassware washed and packed away. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Charges will be added for any rubbish that is left outside the bins. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. - If cleaning charges are incurred by the owner beyond the normal cleaning fee, the excess will be deducted from the security bond. - The BBQ must be left clean, or additional charges may be applied. - All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. - The property should be vacated on time and secured. - All windows and doors are to be locked. Smoking is not permitted in The Bungalow. A $250 fee will be applied where smoking inside the accommodation is evident. This will be deducted from the bond.
