Large 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor located 5 min walk from the city, 3ha enclosed garden, 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 kitchen open to 1 living room, bright living room, garden furniture, plancha, swimming pool, baby equipment available (bed, bathtub, chair...). Swimming pool shared with the two accommodations. (conditions of use see at the end of the announcement "house rules,/learn more,/additional rules") The space In the countryside, on an island, while being a 10-minute walk from the city in a 3-hectare enclosed green space. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor with independent entrance. Two bedrooms with 1 bed of 140. In the living room, 1 convertible corner sofa, sleeps 2. The ground floor is also an independent accommodation (large 2-room). These two accommodations can possibly communicate (staircase) and can be made available for a large family, it is then necessary to book at the same time the accommodation of the garden level "on island 2", (airbnb/h/surlile2) The family pool is shared with both accommodations. (for conditions of use see at the end of the listing "house rules, find out more, additional rules") Guest access Access to the 3 ha garden/park, to the family swimming pool (salt water) shared only with us and any guests on the ground floor, access is prohibited to people who do not reside with us, 12x6 pool, accessible from 2pm to 6pm, flexible afternoon hours according to the number of guests, morning reserved for maintenance. (in service from June). Your vehicle(s) will benefit from shaded parking. Bikes are available free of charge for your shopping or walks. Other things to note For your comfort, this apartment can accommodate up to 6 people (all ages). The property is equipped with a 22 kW charging station for electric vehicles (conditions of use specified during exchanges). Check-in from 4pm (You can leave your belongings if you arrive much earlier, let us know the approximate time of arrival), checkout at 11am (at the latest). Let us know the number of adults and children. The accommodation is located in a very quiet environment. Guests are asked to respect this calm. We live next door. Unsupervised pool, access is prohibited to people who do not reside with us, prohibited to unaccompanied minors, do not run around the pool, do not push, no food in the pool area, do not behave dangerously. The family pool is available for both homes. Equipment for young children is available free of charge (bed, chair, bathtub...). Non-smoking apartment, no pets. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Great fireworks on July 14, the city is on fire. The Carcassonne Festival takes place throughout July. Many concerts, free and paid, take place in the evening outdoors (at the Théâtre de la Cité and in various parts of the city).
