Central studio with easy access to transport

A little place for those heading to Auckland and want to stay close to the city. A short drive will take you to some interesting places like Westfield St Lukes shopping mall, MOTAT, Auckland City Zoo, Western Springs Park, Point Chevalier beach, etc It is also close to the motorway, Baldwin Ave railway station, Unitec, AIS, Rocket Park, Mt Albert cafes, etc... The space The space: tidy and well located. There are 2 rooms (1 queen bed, 1 double bed) Wardrobes with shelving and clothes hangers. A basic kitchenette space with kitchen facilities such as fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, cups, cutlery. There is no oven or cooktop. (No cooking) Nice private deck with outdoor furniture. Wifi available Tea & Coffee Note: No television. Guest access The studio is at the rear of our family home. It has its own separate entrance. Other things to note Not suitable for infants (under 2 years) Same day bookings: We cannot assure a 2pm check-in time for last-minute bookings, particularly when there is a departing guest. Once the place is prepared, we will inform you accordingly. Booking for 1 guest: only use 1 room with queen bed. The other room will be locked. Time to check in & take out could be flexible. Please inform host in advance for a better arrangement. Gathering & cooking are not allowed. Notice us in advance if someone visits you. No parties or events There will be additional charge of $35 per guest per night. If you have a car, please don't park on our driveway. There are plenty of parking spaces on street. Smoke free.
