Villa Topia, Huay Yang (pool and beach)

Wonderful pool villa just 30 meters from “Dolphin Beach”, a beautiful clean beach where you can experience the most beautiful sunrises! This modern designed house offers beautiful views to the ocean on one side, and Myanmar mountains at the other. Huay Yang is a safe and welcoming local Thai village with many great local restaurants! The town is located about 300 km south of Bangkok and a good hour south of Hua Hin. All in all a great escape from a busy life to a relaxing and safe area! The space This lovely fully-furnished beach property offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A brand new pool has been build in 2019 with lovely landscaping around it, including an outdoor shower. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an outdoor lounge. On the ground floor there is an openspace dinner and kitchen area, bathroom, an indoor and outdoor lounge and terrace as well as access to the private pool. From one side of the house you can see the mountains towards Myanmar, and the Gulf of Thailand from the other side. All rooms have A/C and all bedrooms have either a balcony or direct access to an outdoor terrace. A new kitchen has been installed in 2021! Guest access This is our vacation home, so you will rent the entire house. Other things to note The area is very safe and the local people are super friendly! We can help you to arrange transportation via the local travel agency, Huay Yang Travel, who also rent out scooters and Salengs (Motorbikes with sidewaggons) which is the best way to get around town! It is also possible to go to Huay Yang via bus or train. Please contact Huay Yang Travel directly. We usually shop essentials (toilet paper, coffee, breakfast items etc) at Taco Lotus outside Prachuap Khiri Khan, on the way to the house. They have a bigger selection than the smalle local shops.
