Guest access Amenities may be LIMITED with last minute notice due to COVID building restrictions. Guest have free exclusive use of the gardens, kiddie playground, the kiddie pool, the gym on the 37th Floor and the swimming pool. Registered guests are given an access card in order to enter and have access to the floor of the apartment, as well as the lobby, gym, and pools. Other floors are off limits. A limited distribution of one access card is given per apartment to maintain the security of the building. (If extra card is needed, I can arrange once checked in for 3k php refundable deposit & 1500 php non-refundable processing fee. This fee is set by building and I do not collect. Refund is issued once key card is returned at check out.) Guests are advised to keep the access card secure at all times. To maintain the safety and security within the premises, all house guests are required to log in and present an ID at the reception upon check in. We encourage our guests that if there are visiting families and friends, they will only be given access upon confirmation from the apartment. They are not allowed to stay overnight unless they are declared in the booking and reservation. What are the amenities available? * On the 36th floor, it has a multi-level infinity edge pool with a view of the Makati Skyline, a 25m lap pool, and a kiddie's pool with fog screening * Sauna in each men's and women's locker rooms. * Outdoor deck for sunbathing. * On the 37th floor, Fitness Center with variety of gym equipment. * 24 Hours security and doorman * Concierge is available 24/7 * Technicians for your tech problems * Laundry service with delivery is available in Basement 2 * Direct access to Century City Mall with secured 24hrs Vehicle Parking Other things to note * A gentle reminder that our hosting is not a hotel. If you want a cleaner to tidy up & clean unit, I can arrange for you with my cleaner which is additional 1500php per cleaning. Cash will be given directly to the cleaner. * After dates for Airbnb is confirmed (outside the 48 hour rule for cancellation), dates cannot be changed to shorten stay. If requested, I will have to deny the change. Please understand that when you book, you block in dates that could have been booked by another guest. * When a reservation is accepted, the security deposit of $300 and guest's payment information is stored by AirBnB. NO CHARGES WILL BE MADE to the guest's payment method unless we as a host needs to make a claim (for damages, lost/stolen items, repairs). Part of the fee is for the Key Card which you are given 1 access card (3k php deposit & 1500 processing fee on our end per card to the building) **If additional card is needed please notify me as I will have to collect an additional 3k php deposit & 1500 php processing fee upon arrival and will be refunded on departure. (Any lost access cards will be charged 4500 php each. This FEE collected from the building security NOT us.) This is to assure that all unit owners are secure and amenities are not being used by outsiders. * Upon reservation, please provide a soft copy of your passport or any Valid ID thru e-mail for security check and per Gramercy management requirement. * Please let us know if you have visitors coming, so we can make proper endorsement to the concierge and management. * Early check-in and late check-out depends on units availability at an extra charge.
