Room is a corner unit on the 10f with partial view of Taal Lake. Free acceess to Swimming Pool and Viewdeck with full view of Tagaytay. Pay parking is 60 pesos per entry except weekend/holiday which is 80 pesos per entry The space Located at Tagaytay Prime Residences Cityland. It is a modern one bedroom condo unit which is elegant and clean. It is provided with the basics for your stay like fresh linens, two (2) towels and a tissue. You may bring extra towels and own toiletries. We have complete dining utensils and our kitchen has ref, microwave, rice cooker, electric kettle and water filter. Guest access The condominium has six elevators servicing tenants and guests. Free use of swimming pool and there's also a view deck on the roof top to enjoy the great view of Taal and entire Tagaytay. Swimming Pool is free except Monday and Thursday during its maintenance schedule. During your stay I will personally assist all guests during the stay and complete details will be provided upon booking. Other things to note - Please make sure to bring one government issued ID during check-in. - Swimming pool is open from 7 am to 10 pm and guests can use it for free. It's close every Monday and Thursday due to regular maintenance. - Pay parking inside the building is 60 pesos per entry from Monday to Thursday and 80 pesos per entry during weekend and holiday. For reserved, and multiple entry, rate is 300 pesos overnight (subject to availability).
