Located just 4km from Porto Santo Stefano, a semi-detached Tuscan Villa with a private garden overlooking the Giannella Beach and Talamone. The house is on two levels, ideal for families with children, early birds, or friends seeking privacy! The Villa is located just outside the town of Porto Santo Stefano, which is ideal to reach the surrounding beaches, Porto Ercole, Orbetello, and Capalbio. During high season, car queues often form to enter/exit Porto Santo Stefano. The space The house has been our summer family home for decades, a place where 3 generations filled it with moments of extreme happiness and serenity. Every detail of the house is designed to follow the Tuscan tradition, with wooden beams and terracotta floors on the upper level, and a maritime style on the garden level. On the main upper level, the reception and dining area open onto a large terrace furnished for an enjoyable outdoor living and dining experience. The kitchen with an outdoor cooking area, master bedroom, bunk-bed bedroom and two bathrooms on the same floor create a perfect family environment. The second level is divided between a second master bedroom and a twin bedroom with a shower room and shared bathroom. In the garden there is a solarium to enjoy the morning sun, outdoor shower and shaded patio for fun and games. Guest access There are 2/3 shaded parking spaces for the guests to use. There are three extra single rooms available on request at extra charge. Bed linen and towels are included only for guests staying 4 nights minimun Other things to note A cleaner is available twice a week upon request at extra charge.
