It is only a 5 minute drive to Peterson's Champagne house, and 10 minutes to Hunter Valley Gardens. Fully air-conditioned and sitting on a large block so you have plenty of space. Very convenient to amenities, with only a short 5 minute drive to local supermarkets. It is also a great house for a family (or two), or for a group of friends wanting to get away and have a break. The space This modern concrete and steel house is perfect for people wanting a low fuss experience. It is just off Wine Country Drive in the heart of the Hunter Valley. In a lovely quiet location only minutes drive to all the Hunter Valley has to offer. The house is fully air conditioned (both heating and cooling). There are individual air conditioning units in each bedroom and also in the main living space so the temperature can be adjusted based on individual preferences. The six beds are made up with sheets and doonas with spare blankets in need. The extra bed in the TV room is set up as a couch during the day so if you are using that then the bed linen is in the cupboard ready for you to make up as needed. Towels are also provided for your use. Guest access You have full run of both the house and also the one acre yard which is fully fenced and at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. There is one large living space, two bathrooms, four bedrooms plus a TV room with fold out couch which can convert into a bed if needed. There is a high chair and travel cot for guests use. (Linen for travel cot is extra). Other things to note Ironcroft has a security system which includes external cameras which are mounted in plain sight. All cameras are pointed away from the house and there are no cameras inside the property. This is just for your information and not provided for guest use, but primarily for when the property is vacant to notify us of any issues on the property.
