Linda's Apartment is located in Lekki 2, Lagos, Nigeria, The Apartment is a unique Terrace house situated in a calm and serene atmosphere near Lekki Conservation Centre. It is a well sought-after neighborhood surrounded by all you need to have a great time in Lagos. There is a shopping mall close by, Cinema complex, the LEKKI conservative center, gym, lounges, restaurants and a few other local stands, so on a lazy day there is plenty to do in the area. The space A well-furnished home with a unique modern design in a beautiful service Terrace offering 24hrs power supply with estate generator and a back up inverter plus free WIFI, Security patrol and security cameras used to monitor entrance to the house. The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 of the rooms are available for stay Each room is en-suite with bathrooms, comes with a high speed WIFI and a comfortable bed, nice living room and big fitted Kitchen. The Listing include a fridge with freezer, microwave, Deep fryer, bread toaster, utensils, Plates, office desk in the bedroom, a dinning, a visitor’s toilet and a good parking space The Apartment comes with fire extinguisher and smoke detector for safety and are accessible to guests. Guests have access to common areas of the home like the living rooms, kitchen, a visitor’s restroom downstairs by the living room for guest’s convenience ****IMPORTANT MESSAGE**** PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!! This apartment uses an inverter. In the event there is no power during your stay, the inverter will give you access to general electricity such as lights, TV and fans. The inverter will NOT work for high voltage electrical appliances such as; the air conditioner, microwave, blender, blow dryer or iron. We normally have consistent light but this is NOT guaranteed as the Light can be up and down, The generator is normally on from 12pm-2pm and 7pm-7am SUMMARY There is 24/7 electricity in the apartment which is alternated by an inverter and generator. We run an inverter and once power goes off at these times, the inverter automatically comes on. You will not be able to use the fridge, air conditioning, water heater and the iron at times when the inverter is on. However, all sockets, fans and the TV will work. We also have a central generator, and these (generator and inverter) will be our alternative sources of power. During your stay I may or may not be available to welcome you on arrival but there will always be someone to receive you. I am mostly available in the evenings to interact and help guests have a great time as your happiness and satisfaction is all that matters, I am available to provide recommendations and provide solutions via phone when I am not around so also in person so if you need anything I am within feet and will be glad to assist.
