Our 70m2 apartment is located in Green Bay condotel (opened in late 2018 by BIM Group) besides Hoang Quoc Viet street with beautiful seaview. You can use whole apartment with 2 bedrooms, 02 toilets, fully-equited-kitchen and living room. It's convenient place between Tuan Chau island and Sun World beach. You can buy fresh and not expensive seafood for your own-cook lunch/dinner in private kitchen. The space The 70m2 apartment can accomodate up to 7 person. The shared living room is very spacious (more spacious than the other apartments in Ha Long) so makes you feel comfortable. The living room is decored with green tree This newly building has a own swimming pool (sur-charged), supper market, restaurant, spa, coffee shop, ... so it's very convenient for your stay. Our apartment has fully kitchen with: big fridge, electric cooker, rice cooker, kettle, 02 pots, bowls, spoon, chopstick, ingredients, cooking oil,... Guest access - We use Electric smart lock so it's easy for you to check in. I will give you password 1 day before your check-in date. - My apartment is on the main street Hoang Quoc Viet, easy to drop / pickup by bus. - Parking is in the basment at price of 3,000VND/motobike/day; 20,000VND/car/day - There is 02 swimming pool here at price of 45,000VND/adult (open in afternoon) - Lobby: There is a lobby with many sofa at the back of the building , so you can seat here for waiting. You can ask receptionist or sercurity something what to eat, things to do or where to go (they are helpfull).
