We are located in the Paphos area on the West of the island, in the village of Peyia, which includes the beach resort of Coral Bay. Located in the traditional Cypriot village of Peyia, overlooking Coral Bay and it's beach, the villa is conveniently located only 30 minutes from Paphos Airport , 15 minutes from Paphos town and 5 minutes from Coral Bay Beach. Both villas have stunning panoramic views, being two of the best available in this area. The centre of Peyia village is within a 5 to 10 minute walk, where there are several bars, tavernas, take-aways, shops, banks, supermarkets and other amenities. Many guests rarely leave the villa and village. Our 2 villas are neighbouring villas but each retaining privacy, their own landscaped gardens and spectacular Infinity Pool. Both have panoramic sea and mountain views, which can be admired from both the pool area and the large balconies on the bedrooms, complete with separate outdoor furniture. Both villas are light and airy. As they are built in traditional stone, each villa is cool in the Summer and warmer in the Winter. However air conditioning and central heating is available in each room at no extra cost. Mar 18 - We stayed at this four bedroom (all ensuite) Villa for a family celebration. We had a great stay. The villa is well equipped and clean. The villa has excellent Wi-Fi and Internet TV with all the UK stations and even has catch up. The infinity pool is excellent with great sea views and we spent many hours doing very little there. We did not make use of the sauna as it was nice and hot outside The villa is well located if you have a car (Although a 10/15 min walk to the village bars and restaurants and supermarket if you don’t ) and want to be slightly away from busier areas, having said that you can drive to Coral Bay strip and restaurants in under 5 minutes and a 15-minute drive to Paphos. You are close to the bus route (although we never used it), through Coral Bay and all the way to Paphos, there are some great family and more sedate restaurants in and around Coral bay although the village (Peyia) has a good selection, if you want to smash plates and dance and generally have a good time try "Savvas Grill’s” Greek night in the village, great service and very family friendly. I would thoroughly recommend this villa and would definitely book again, the communication with Tracy the owner was first class, during the booking process she answered any queries we had very quickly, even arranging car hire for us. The villa was really nice and we felt very comfortable straight away as it had everything we needed and was very clean so thankyou! Shannon Oct-2016 We stayed in Adonia for a week with our three teenage children, it couldn't have been better. In a very quiet location approx 10 minutes walk from the center of Peiya, the villa was well kept, spacious and very well equipped. The village has a few tavernas, and plenty of supermarkets to aid self catering - cooking facilities were very good. Outside, there's plenty of space for lapping up the sun - around the pool or on two rooftop balconies. While the pool is small, it's plenty good enough for cooling off and throwing a ball around. Everything you need is provided, including beach/pool towels, bbq, sauna, Jacuzzi bath. Good times. K Franks Sep-2016 We are delighted to review Villa Adonia . We had a fantastic holiday with 3 generations of our family . The villa was beautiful and extremely well equipped , the standard of bathroom and kitchen facilities were superb and the outside area was beautiful with a fabulous pool . The party consisted of 4 adults and two children aged 7 years and 4 years old • The joining instructions were very clear and simple to follow • The Villa was well fitted out with furnishings and the chilled water bottle a big plus in the kitchen area. • All of the bedrooms had En-suite facilities and an additional downstairs toilet was very handy especially for the children. • The pool was also a big plus with anti-slip surfaces which is a positive with young children. • Pool Loungers and outside furnishings were supplied with coverings and pillows in abundant supply. • The barbecue was well laid out with utensils and coals/firelighters albeit we choose not to use • Washing machine in the outbuilding was a must and in a serviced condition. • Adequate clothes hanging facilities were good also. • Storage in rooms was good, and fans supplied which offered a good alternative to the A/C. • The master bedroom and bathroom was very good although we did not try the Sauna. There was a fault in the Jacuzzi bath in that the pump did not work. (Not a major issue). • There was good supply of books, games and cards for entertainment • The television was good with excellent reception and instructions for use. • A good supply of light bulbs and fuses was readily available • The plastic glasses were handy for safe use in the outside areas and crockery etc; adequate • The pool maintenance man and his wife were very pleasant and courteous during change out of sheets, clean-up of pool etc; • Having reported the pool light not operating, an immediate request was made by the pool man, which was remedied in a timely manner. All in all, a very pleasant stay, which we found very enjoyable. As there were 4 of us this year we appreciated the additional space, we all had a fabulous time. The views are to die for and Danny and Sarah looked after the villa in their usual professional way. In particular the pool entrance with its gradual slope was ideal for the two toddlers in our party. The villa was very comprehensively furnished especially with regard to the kitchen utensils and crockery. We would not hesitate to recommend the villa or indeed make a return visit. Jacek Aug-2015 We had a fantastic two weeks at the beautiful villa, just relaxing enjoying the pool and the views. It is in a great location which is quiet and not far from Peyia. Peyia village is about 15 min hilly walk away with a good mix of restaurants and bars there and a good supermarket and fruit and veg store at the other end. We made good use of the BBQ and kitchen which is well equipped. The air-con units were very much appreciated at night. The water cooler was also a very good idea. The wifi worked very well and there were no problems with a house full of gadgets getting on line. The villa and pool are well kept and the pool area gets the sun all day, there is also plenty of shade if you need to retire from the sun. The service by Danny and Sara was very good, as we found out when one of the air con switches had failed, they dealt with everything very quickly.
