The space Property is located in the South East end of Boynton just off Woolbright and I-95. 7-10 minutes from downtown DELRAY “the Ave”, the beaches, the Boynton Marina and downtown Laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet tissue etc are provided. All baby equipment available - cribs, high chairs etc - just ask! Boynton (4 miles to downtown Delray Beach, 3.5 miles to the beach — Boca Raton, Lake Worth, Wellington and downtown Palm Beach are also close by). Really central and great location. Guest access The guests have access to the washer and dryer conveniently located in the unit. They also have access to a large fenced in patio ideal for pets, small gatherings, barbecuing and just watching the stars from the comfy swinging bench. Other things to note This neighborhood offers great safety. Walking, running, biking and renting golf carts to explore downtown delray and the “Ave” are just some of the fun possibilities the neighborhood offers. Truly ideal in locations - traffic is minimized with only three entrances to the neighborhood. However, we voted against making this neighborhood gated to avoid all the trouble that brings and given the lack of necessity.
