For arrivals before 12:00 p.m., this is only possible if the apartment is not booked the day before. Ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Place de la République, this 47 m² apartment is designed to accommodate two adults in a modern and comfortable setting. A free private parking space is available right at the foot of the accommodation, facilitating your arrival. A private parking space is reserved for you in the inner courtyard, offering you easy and secure access. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor, accessible by a staircase (no elevator). You can enjoy this privileged location to explore the city in peace! 🌟 Other things to note PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!! ⚠️ Cleaning fee: These are not included. You have a choice of two options: Return the apartment as you found it. Add the cleaning fee (€20) by informing me by message. If the apartment is dirty and no request has been made for the cleaning fee, €20 will be charged. A crib and high chair are available upon request for your stay. 👶 No smoking inside the apartment! Please enjoy the terrace if you wish to smoke. 🚭 Limited hot water: The 80-liter hot water tank is sufficient for two people, but 30-minute showers should be avoided. 🚿 Private parking: A space is reserved for you in the inner courtyard of the mansion.
