Located in Oliphantskop Private Nature Reserve, we offer a quiet and tranquil setting away from major Langebaan traffic. Guests can enjoy this beautifully designed condo that consists of one bedroom, one bathroom with an open plan lounge / kitchen. Fully equipped, self-catering unit with SOLAR POWER (loadshedding, no problem). The fireplace is built-in outside with a patio bench and is protected from our main southerly wind. Complimentary firewood to get you started. The space We offer our guests a quiet and tranquil space to relax while still close to all that Langebaan has to offer. ● The CONDO ▪︎1 bedroom with a queen size bed ▪︎1 bathroom ▪︎Open-plan kitchen/lounge ▪︎Built-in fireplace on the patio protected from the wind. ▪︎WiFi ▪︎Television ▪︎Fresh bed linen and towels provided. ▪︎Complimentary tea/coffee. Our kitchen is fully equipped with facilities to cook, make tea/coffee, a fridge, and microwave. Guest access You are welcome to use the whole smallholding. There is a fence at the back separating us from the quarry. Keep small kids away from there. It's a bit of a walk to get there but worth it. There are some Verreaux's eagles nesting in the quarry, please do not disturb them. Other things to note We use a septic tank system please do not flush any solid material like nappies etc into the system. If there is a call out to repair or unblock the system and found to be of such a nature it will be for the guests account. We use solar power please use sparingly during the night to reserve battery's power in case of loadshedding. Kindly note we do have a cat on the property called smeagels. He will definitely come and visit. The main house will be occupied sometimes by myself or my family.
