The house is located in a panoramic area on the sea and with a private descent to the sea. Tucked away in greenery and shaded by tall trees, it is well ventilated and inside a private park between Cala Piccola and Cala Moresca, a few meters from Cala del Gesso. You arrive through a private road, parallel to the Panoramica. The area has a beautiful view of the island of Giglio , Montecristo and on the days with the clear sky you can see Corsica and Elba well.
