The property is a delightful 2 bedroom Victorian cottage in a quiet street off Lewes Road, next to supermarkets, pubs, a bus stop or 20 min walk to the beach. It's beautifully decorated with a touch of rustic charm, perfect as a home away from home. The sunny southwest facing garden is accessed through French doors leading out from the dining area. Free street parking for one car. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO PARKING SPACE ON PROPERTY. The space The property has 2 double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other a double. The master bedroom is spacious with a sofa, and both having wardrobe space if required. In the living area there is a beautiful wood burner, wifi router and bluetooth speakers. There are two sofas, the larger one easily pulls out as a double sofa bed. The living room has an open plan dining area and French doors leading out to the garden. In the bathroom there is a shower over the bath and with constant hot water. The southwest facing garden enjoys sunshine for most of the day right up until the sun goes down. There is a table and chairs in the garden, perfect for al fresco dining, or enjoying a drink in the sun. It is a very private garden, and despite being metres from the main bustling Lewes Road, my actual street is incredibly quiet. Guest access You have access to the whole house. Other things to note STRICTLY NO PARTIES! Please note I do not have a parking space on my property, but supply guests with parking vouchers, which allow you to park in my street or nearby.
