This spacious 500m2 detached villa sits within a beautiful landscaped garden with a private 11m pool. The house consist of 4 double bedrooms, 4 twin bedrooms (with 2 single beds each), 2 on-suite bathroom (one with a Jacuzzi), 3 further bathrooms, a very large living room and a kitchen diner. Outside, you can relax on the terrace, in the landscaped garden or around the 11m long private pool. With it's spacious in- and outside, this is for a large family or groups with children. The space On the ground floor there is a large lounge/dining area with air conditioning, cable TV, home theatre system, DVD and CD players, Wi-Fi connection, working fireplace and patio doors leading onto the terraces. A fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, hob/oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. This is a fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen tools. The kitchen has a seating area with TV and sliding doors leading to the main terraces with big dining table and chairs. Outside there are two BBQs - one gas and one built- in coal bbq. There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor next to the bathroom. Downstairs bathroom has a shower unit. On the first floor you find the master bedroom (60m2) with a king sized bed and two extra beds, an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and a balcony with table and chairs. On this floor, there are three further bedrooms (one twin and two double, one with on-suite bathroom and a balcony) and a separate family bathroom. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a king size bed, baby room with a cot bed, an extra single bed and a terrace. There is also a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. There is a big bedroom with 4 single beds on this floor with big sliding doors leading on to a roof terrace. There is a large laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board in the basement. We provide free of charge interim cleaning (weekly cleaning) if you stay 2 weeks or more. Electricity is free upto 450 watt/ week. Any usage above that will be billed to the guests based on the local electricity rate. Departure cleaning, water costs, daily pool maintenance, Internet access / WI-FI and are free of charge. Travel cots and high chairs are available on request. Restaurants and shops can be found within walking distance, the beach is only few minutes drive from the house, and the Dolmus (the local bus) stops only 2 min. walk from the house. The Dolmus operate between the house and the town centre all day until late night. Guest access The entire villa is accessible by the guests and is not shared with anyone else. There is a pool guy and Gardner comes every day to clean the pool and tidy up the garden and those are the only people will access the outdoor areas. Registration Details 10-2961
