The Cottage has been completely refurbished in 2016, retaining some of its charming features with up-dated modern facilities, and is fully self contained. Sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people. Set amidst a half hectare of park like surroundings, orchards and fields. Located 2 km north of Waipapa. Ideally situated for access to restaurants, galleries, country markets, beaches, walkways, historic places, crafts, water sports, native forests, theatres and the Bay of Islands. The space A minimum of 2 nights is required per booking. Country Cottage lends itself for bigger groups and families. The main house contains a double- and single bedroom. The semi-attached guest house has a double bedroom plus a large bedroom area which contains a double bed and two singles. Guest access The property is fully accessible within the fenced garden area. Situated at the back of the main house is a patio area with seating and a barbecue. Other things to note A minimum of 2 nights per booking is required. Limited wheel chair access.
