Lavender Room, Bed and Breakfast near Austin, TX

The Lavender room has a queen sized bed and a roll away twin bed if needed (for an additional fee of $10) to accommodate 3 people. This room is upper level and overlooks the back yard. The bathroom has tub/shower. Enjoy a big country breakfast before exploring Austin. I am also just blocks from the HEB Sports and Convention Center. FYI, if more space is needed, I have the Burgundy Room and the Green Tea Room. Thanks for considering my B & B. And Welcome to Texas The space This is a comfortable and cozy room which can comfortably accommodate three adults. The bedroom is on the upper level. Guests must be able to use the stairs. Please no smoking or pets are permitted. The upper level has a reading loft and of course the bathroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the kitchen and the laundry area if needed. I serve a big country breakfast. Guests will have plenty of access to the common areas. During your stay I can offer help with points of interest in the greater Austin area. I have a train schedule in the loft area. WiFi access. Other things to note Please advise me of any food preferences or allergies for all in your party. I aim to please all my guests.
