Spacious beach house: huge deck with views

Our spacious and comfortable beach house is perched in a quiet and relaxed coastal neighbourhood, an ideal location with everything you need for a weekend getaway or longer holiday. The large deck and living area have gorgeous views of the beach and you can watch the sunset as you listen to the crashing surf. You might even spot a local wallaby or echidna foraging in our large, native garden. The space Enjoy indoor-outdoor living with our wrap-around balcony and sliding floor-to-ceiling windows offering sunsets, surf, and sea breezes. It is a spacious 3-bedroom beach house with 2 large living and dining areas, a well-equipped kitchen and a laundry. There is a gas BBQ and table setting for 8 on the deck. Upstairs we have a fireplace and reverse cycle air conditioning. There are portable heaters and fans available for the bedrooms. There is a full-size table tennis table downstairs. Sleeping Arrangements: Master bedroom - Queen bed, en-suite, heater & fan Downstairs: 2nd bedroom - Queen bed + single sofa bed, 3rd bedroom - sleeps 3 in a triple bunk bed (single on top, double on the bottom), heaters & fans. Please note: Guests must supply their own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases and towels; we supply doona covers. Alternatively, we are happy to put you in touch with a linen hire company. Linen is supplied for Grand Prix bookings only. Bathrooms: upstairs: en-suite (shower and bath – spa function not working) and powder room with separate toilet. Downstairs: bathroom (shower) and powder room with separate toilet. There is also an outdoor cold shower on the back deck for rinsing off after the beach. Kitchen: oven and cook-top; fridge, dishwasher; microwave; and large pantry stocked with plenty of crockery and cutlery for beachside relaxing or entertaining. A supply of coffee, teas, sugar, spices, herbs and condiments are kept in the kitchen for guests. Living & entertaining spaces: upstairs and downstairs, both with TV and DVD, mini sound system upstairs, full-size table tennis table downstairs. Split system heating and air-conditioning in the upstairs living areas Deck: Very large deck with BBQ and outdoor setting for 8. It is an easy walk (150m) to YCW Beach or Smiths Beach. There is a general store also within easy walking distance for coffee and takeaway food or household supplies. Next door to the store is a surf shop for beach gear and surfboard hire. You can also arrange private or group surf lessons. Summer or winter there is so much to do: swimming and sunbathing, beach walks, bush walks, Grand Prix track, go karts, wineries, golf, tennis, boat hire, penguins, seals, koalas, bird watching, or simply relax sitting by the fire enjoying the views, a good book and treasured time with loved ones. Laundry & clothesline. Ample off-street parking for 2 to 3 cars. Guest access Our whole house is yours to enjoy. There is a key safe at the front door and the code will be advised before your arrival. Other things to note LINEN – Guests must supply their own top and bottom sheets, pillowslips and towels. Please note that there is a minimum 4 night booking for Easter and Christmas. Strictly no schoolies or groups under 25 years of age thank you. This is strictly a non smoking property inside the house - any and all cigarette butts must be removed from outdoor areas and there must be no smoke smell detectable within the house.
