There is fibre broadband with high-speed Internet,It works very well . I provide welcome pack of provisions, which include Coffee and tea, home-made brown bread butter and jam,and milk. Kitchen will have all basic essentials. Kitchen food preparation area. Kettle , toaster, oven hob microwave , fridge. Open plan living area has smart television and Fibre WiFi .Bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe.. we live 5 km outside the village of Ballina, with some beautiful viewing points, The Lookout,and Tountinna mountains, and the graves of the Leinstermen ,Millennium cross ,Castlelough great spot to take out kayaks on to the the Lough.Moylussa,UL water activity , kayaking, Wind sailing and lots of other activities. Farmers market is on a Sunday morning between the waters cross over the bridge and you will see the stands on your left hand side. There are some great eateries the Lakeside hotel,Goosers, Tuscany. And a few lovely coffee shops. And bars. And a few lovely boutiques also to have a look at Own transport is advised . We do have a couple of taxi drivers working in the area. For Killaloe/Ballina take junction 27 off the motorway.The M7 links Dublin (2.5hrs)&Limerick 30 minutes.
