During your stay Guests can contact us through the chat, where we previously sent all the necessary information for their arrival. We cannot send our private codes through Airbnb for where the keys will be placed for check-in. During the stay, we will stay in touch by phone and through this chat. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Outside those hours, we only respond to messages sent to that chat from our company cell phone and to emergency calls. Please note that we will not be able to see or reply to messages written through the platform until we arrive at the office, so we recommend always using our chat, as we always carry our cell phone with us. Other things to note It is essential that guests provide their contact details, email or mail address, and current address prior to arrival, as well as the time of their arrival flight. They will be sent a link where they must scan their passports or identity documents. This information is mandatory for check-in. Guests must remove garbage bags and deposit them in the containers located on the street behind the HiperDino supermarket on the main street to avoid smells in their apartment on check-out day.
