If requested, the fee will be charged and we will change the cleaning schedule. The space Nice private space in the heart of East Nashville! Very walkable to several hot spots. Short Uber ride downtown. Short drive to grocery, pharmacy, unique shops, new eateries. Parks, Vanderbilt/Belmont/medical centers all within 15 minutes. Several malls 15-25 min drive. Airport 15 mins. Guest access Free parking on street. Walk to several GREAT restaurants and Five Points. Short drive downtown, grocery stores, coffee shops. MTA Bus line #4 and Scooters to rent within a short walk. Other things to note In-house babysitting if interested! Note Heat/AC is controlled in main house. We’re able to adjust as requested but thermostat not in apt. Portable heater/fans in apt as well.
