PLEASE read all listing information before booking. PLEASE choose correct number of guests (1 or 2) for tariff. Stylish, comfortable apartment in great spot: 250m from path along water's edge that leads to Geelong waterfront. This home has two spacious, living levels - only ground floor space will be available to guests. The open plan, north facing living/dining/kitchen area has French doors which open to a small courtyard. Wifi and breakfast included - unless same day booking. The space This home is a short walk from St Helens beach and has two spacious, separate, completely self-contained living levels - only the ground floor will be available to guests. The ground floor open plan living/dining/kitchen and main bedroom area are north facing. The king bed can be configured as two single beds. If that is preferred, it must be requested when booking. The bedroom, with ceiling fan and light, has ensuite facilities. Home is fully furnished - linen, tea, coffee and breakfast will be provided. This quiet home, with its north orientation, has a passive solar design to reduce energy consumption. All windows are double glazed and toilets are plumbed to water tank. Ducted heating - portable air conditioner is available. Guest access You will have access to your own space downstairs with an open plan living/dining/kitchen area and one bedroom with ensuite. Enter via the front door which is on the driveway side of the home - not the front of the house. You will have access to the paved courtyard through French doors from the living room during your stay. The keysafe location is shown in one of the photos for the listing. I use the rear door when I have guests so our paths need never cross. Parking is free, on street, in front of the house. The laundry is OUT OF BOUNDS. If iron and ironing board are required, please request in advance. Other things to note I have a single guest rate which is less than the rate for two - so as not to significantly disadvantage single travellers. Please enter the correct number of guests when making an enquiry or booking. You can expect to be left alone while you are here. If you are staying for more than one night, I will not enter the downstairs apartment so I will endeavour to leave enough breakfast provisions for your entire stay. I do not charge a cleaning fee so I expect the apartment to be left EXACTLY as it was found. You're welcome to use the kitchen to prepare meals but I expect kitchenware items to be cleaned and returned to cupboards/drawers. Please TURN OFF lights and any appliances if you leave the apartment for any period of time. DO NOT leave any lights on overnight. Please TURN OFF the heater when you depart - or if you leave the apartment during your stay. Please place recyclables in the yellow-lidded recycle bin which is located outside at the rear of the house. Please DO NOT put any general waste in the recycle bin. I live upstairs so my listing is not suitable for guests who are seeking a 'getaway' experience to enjoy the fellowship of friends for an evening or two in this space. Please do not invite your family/friends, about whom I know nothing, to 'drop by' to enjoy the comforts of my home without prior notice. Inviting extra people to avail themselves of the apartment amenities, without modifying the booking, is not permitted and, without prior approval from me, you may be charged with an extra guest fee. Please be mindful that this is my home - as distinct from a hotel. All windows and doors are double glazed and, when closed tightly, are effective in reducing the impact of outside noise. This is a SMOKE FREE PROPERTY - that means no smoking within the boundaries of the property. Please DO NOT REMOVE anything from the apartment that you did not bring to the apartment.
