This beautifully appointed second floor apartment offers stunning views of the largest canal in Venice and has been entirely renovated with new wooden flooring, new bathroom, new kitchen and is located in one of Venice's most sought after and enchanting areas: Dorsoduro. Just a few steps away you'll find beautiful churches, museums, hidden restaurants, bars cafes, and more! The space What really makes this studio special is its location on the Zattere with stunning views over the largest canal in Venice: the Giudecca canal. In a town like Venice which is tiny geographically and very built up, properties facing onto such large open spaces can be hard to find. This coupled with the Zattere's south facing aspect and central (but not too central!) location is what makes it such a highly sought after and treasured part of town for Venetians. The apartment is perfectly suited for couples, and is well equipped with all modern conveniences including air-conditioning, recently upgraded fibre optic internet connectivity and a 49" smart tv with Netflix activated. In the bathroom toiletries such as soap, shampoo and toilet paper are provided as is a small hairdryer. The kitchen is small but well equipped with an induction hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and tea / coffee making facilities. Guests will find fresh bed linen and towels on arrival. Other things to note Where possible, maximum flexibility is offered with check-in and check-out times and ample storage space is available for dropping off bags. No extra fees are applicable for internet access, cleaning or late arrivals however Venice City Council does charge a tourist tax which was introduced in an attempt to cover the cost of conserving the city's architectural and cultural assets. This fee is not included in the airbnb total and amounts to 4 euros per person per night which must be paid in cash. A receipt will of course be made out for this payment.
