No 15 St Josephs Ave by My Donegal Escape

No 15 St Joseph’s Ave has been in our family for many years. Having bought the property at the end of 2018 we set about renovating and extending the property. We wanted to offer a stylish and comfortable place for our guests to spend their holidays. The house is within easy walking distance of the pubs, shops and restaurants in Donegal Town centre. The space The house offers 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor next to the shower room and 2 upstairs. The bedrooms upstairs share the family bathroom. There is a beautiful sitting room – with open fireplace - that leads through sliding doors to the kitchen with dining area.The double doors in the kitchen open out to an outside seating area. Guest access During your stay you will have sole use of the whole property. The rear of the back garden is not accessible to our guests. We park our Motorhome here and my husband also stores some of his work equipment. Other things to note We ask that cars park at the rear of our property on the gravel drive, and keep the driveway clear. This is just in case we need access to the rear of the garden, were my husband sometimes stores work items.
