Cozy cottage, newly renovated. Large lounge with recliner sofas, well equipped kitchen, dining room. 1 king size & 1 twin bedroom (2 singles - 3ft) Modern bathroom large separate shower cubicle High chair / travel cot / stair gate available on request (please ask for these upon booking) Well placed to visit coastal areas and National Park, 1 mile from Lowick Village which has a shop & 2 pubs. 10 miles to Berwick upon Tweed &12 miles to the Scottish Border Off road parking for 2+ cars No pets. The space Traditional cottage, lovingly renovated with modern fresh appeal. Lounge to front, kitchen and separate dining room to rear. Upstairs main bedroom with king sized bed at front of property, landing leading to bathroom and Twin Bedroom at the rear. PLEASE NOTE… If you book for 2 guests we will assume you’re a couple and only make up the King Size bed in the main bedroom. If you book for 3 guests again we will assume you’re a couple plus one other person and therefore we will make up the king size bed and ONE of the singles If you book as a 4 all beds will be made up. If you require DIFFERENT sleeping arrangements please tell us at the time of booking so we can set up the cottage accordingly. We may not be able to accommodate you if you require a different set up upon arrival without prior warning. Likewise the travel cot and stair gates won’t be in place unless you request them. No bedding is supplied for the travel cot for hygiene reasons. Thanks Guest access This property is an end terrace with large enclosed garden and lockable storage for bikes / buggies etc You have access to the entire property during your stay (except the loft!) Off road parking for 2-3 cars on the gravel driveway Other things to note We don’t allow smoking or vaping ANYWHERE inside or OUTSIDE the property i.e. in its grounds. This is due to the proximity of the heating oil tank and the associated fire risk. Any guest found to be breaking this rule will be asked to leave immediately. There is a small supply of essentials such as hand soap, cleaning fluids, cloths, toilet roll (2), kitchen roll, washing machine capsules, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid. This is approx enough for a 2-3 night stay depending on number of guests staying, after these initial supplies run out guests should provide their own. Towels and bed linen (no bedding for travel cot) all provided and a small initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, hot choc, biscuits, fresh milk in fridge and a bottle of wine is also provided.
