Well Equipped Studio Apartment in Countryside

The Nest is an open plan studio apartment suitable for two guests. The stunning location in The Ribble Valley is a great place from which to explore the local area including great walks, a nature reserve and excellent pubs and restaurants. It’s also local to BAE Samlesbury. The apartment is fully equipped including cooking facilities, TV and lounge and a dining area. The space The Nest is a first floor studio apartment is an open plan space featuring a shower room, double bed, dining table with two chairs, fully equipped kitchenette, lounge area with large sofa and TV. There is parking available for 2 cars and views over open countryside. Access is via external stairs. Guest access Guests have the whole apartment and access to the grounds of the main house including an exterior pool in summer. The building is separate to the main house and is accessed up external stone steps. Other things to note This is an ideal base for those working at a nearby location in the week. We are happy to negotiate on regular week night bookings so please get in touch. It is also a great place to explore the local area and if visiting family or friends. We often have enquiries for one night accommodation (for example a nearby wedding) and though our minimum is set at two nights this is something we would consider though an extra charge may be incurred. Though we have a travel cot, high chair and children’s books available we do not feel this is a suitable property for a young child because of the steps without a handrail, some open sockets and unlocked kitchen cupboards amongst other things. If you have a very young infant please enquire and we can discuss suitability depending on age and length of stay.
