Luxurious, newly remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Perfect Tempe location near a park and close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Sealy Posturepedic King Sized bed and 43 inch TV in the room with HBOMax and Disney+. Wifi with unlimited internet. Table, chairs, fire pit and BBQ grill out back. Unlimited hot water (tankless -- please turn on fan for long showers). The backyard is not landscaped yet, but there's plenty of space, trees, and dry firewood. The space The Tempe area has much to offer. 5 minutes from ASU, Mill Ave (restaurants/bars), Tempe Towne Lake. 15 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale, the zoo, and places to hike. The park in this neighborhood is where Mill Avenue ends (from ASU), and it has a lake, volleyball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball diamonds, batting cages, a wave pool, and picnic areas. The water heater is tankless, and so it will never run out. However, due to its location, it takes a full minute to reach the shower. Also, please use the bath fan. One guest set off the fire alarm in the room with all of the steam. Guest access The entire house is common access, except for bedrooms and bathrooms, of course. Please remember to be respectful of others by being clean, kind, and considerate. There are no children living in the house. A guest came for a weekend when there was also a mother and daughter staying. She said that I was great and the place was great and very clean, and then left me a 2 star review. The mother and daughter had received tragic news and were up after 10 pm. The woman who had left the bad review was new to AirBnB and didn't quite understand the concept of room in a house as opposed to the entire house. During your stay I tend to stay out of the way, but hope that guests will ask if they have questions. I try to be on site to welcome new guests, but fully understand if not every question was answered in the first meeting. Other things to note The driveway will comfortably fit 3 cars. The dividing lines in the cement are a great guide. As long as no car is crossing one of the lines, and the center car is in the center, everyone will have more than 2 feet between, because the center lane is 11 feet wide, with 7 on each side (not counting the pavers, which can be used).
