The space *Highlights* - Central location in the village of Laax, just a few steps from Lake Laax - Public transport, supermarket, bakeries, and restaurants within easy reach - Laax base station reachable in approx. 3 minutes by shuttle - Free garage parking - Ski storage for your equipment - Fully equipped kitchen incl. fondue & raclette set, toaster, citrus juicer, Nespresso machine & more - Comfortable bed (140 × 200 cm) and a pull-out sofa for a third guest - Balcony with beautiful mountain views - Bathtub – perfect for relaxing - WiFi, cable TV, and Netflix - Shared area with table football and indoor bike - Indoor pool and saunas (available again after reopening) ***IMPORTANT NOTICE*** The indoor pool and saunas will be closed due to renovation from March 10, 2026 to December 18, 2026. A welcome package awaits you upon arrival, including a guest card, coffee capsules, tea bags, and a practical kitchen starter set. *Activities* The nearby Lake Laax offers a wide range of activities all year round: In summer, enjoy relaxing moments by the water, BBQ areas, and scenic walks in nature. In winter, the lake invites you to go ice skating – optionally with a glass of bubbly in hand. Guest access For the duration of your stay, you will have an apartment key and be able to use the garage and access the facilities, including saunas and the pool. Other things to note The flat size is 40m². The double bed in the bedroom is a French standard size of 150x200cm. ***IMPORTANT NOTICE*** The indoor pool and saunas will be closed due to renovation from March 10, 2026 to December 18, 2026.
