Magnificent spacious 3 flrs, edge of Peak District

Not to be mistaken with run of the mill offerings. Check out my feedback, there is no better way to learn about our generously proportioned property which can swallow 2 or 3 families easy. Sheffield is an extraordinary bustling city but we are lucky to live in a gorgeous house with a large family garden 3 miles from the centre. If you however prefer the outdoors, we are 4 miles from the Peak District National Park. Perfect for exploring. Endless outdoor options from climbing to cycling. The space There is parking for 3 cars out front. As well as the 'normal' things you would expect from a home, wifi, virgin tv, range cooker with twin oven, a kids play room with separate TV, loads of DVDs and some family games as well as a PAC Man arcade style unit. There are 5 bedrooms you can use and a playroom with a sofa bed we classed as bedroom 6 as it’s hard to name the rooms on here. Full black out blinds so a great place to sleep but definitely a short term sleep solution. We have a utility room with washing machine etc. A ground floor wc and sink. Please remember we live here with our 2 energetic kids. This isn't a newly refurbished 5 star hotel or a full time rental so as such please allow for bumps & imperfections as well as the odd stray piece of lego! One guest was surprised it had some of our family photos on the walls. Having said all that it has just undergone a £10k decorative refresh so the place is looking clean and crisp. We would insist on no smoking in the house please, no pets, absolutely no single sex parties, no stag or hen parties. This is a family house on a lovely street so we would happily welcome like minded sensible families. That is what this house lives for!!!! Guest access Our house is very close to several large and wonderous parks most local being Millhouses. We are also only a short walk to a number of shops, pubs and supermarkets. The Peak District National Park, a mear 5 mile drive provides access to some of the best cycling, running, climbing, walking, hiking and host of other outdoor activities. Other things to note We don’t charge anything for cleaning. We absorb that. Check other offerings they are normally pretty high rates. Only a short bus/drive into central Sheffield for shopping, theatre, museums and restaurants.
