This attractive double bedroom is located on the second floor of a maisonette in a beautiful Victorian villa. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the room. It is extremely well located being so near to the beach, the town and some wonderful walks. There is no parking at the flat, but free parking on the surrounding streets. Please note this listing is for a double room and private shower room - not the whole property. I live in the remainder of the property with my son and cat. The space Please be aware that my son and I live in the property. Guest access Guest access is limited to their room and private shower room. The staircase is shared with my son and I. During your stay I live in the property with my seven year son. We are always happy to have a chat or answer any questions, but recognise that privacy is important. Other things to note Please be aware that I live on the premises with my seven year old son and our cat Wilbur. The entrance to my flat is actually the first on the left off the Burlington, rather than Ulwell, road. You need to go through the gates and up the flight of wooden stairs.
