Easily reachable from the train station and from the airports, it is located a few steps from the Rialto bridge and the ancient Market. The surroundings are full of shops, bars, pizzerias and restaurants. During the day, in the market area, there are several typical Venetian taverns that offer a wide selection of wines and cicchetti. The space The apartment is on the first floor of a historic building, with windows overlooking the canal. The entrance of the building is very picturesque, and on the facade there is a plaque dedicated to an illustrious person in the history of the city. After a short flight of stairs you get to the apartment consisting of a large bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. The room is very bright and overlooks the San Bernardo bridge. There is a double bed, a double sofa bed, a wardrobe and a small table. The bathroom is small but complete with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating. For each additional guest the additional cost is 20€ to be added to the total reservation. Discounts for long periods Important: The tourist tax is not included in the reservation and is paid in cash or card at check in and it's 4,00 € per night per person for the first 5 nights. It must be paid directly in cash by bringing the exact amount or by card, to the person doing this service, because that is quite as a taxi or a porter service.
