Casa Dura offers a peaceful stay. There is a beautiful huge terrace with garden , a room with an attached washroom, and a kitchen that is fully equipped with all essentials. The washroom also has everything including steamer. The room has a smart 49 inch TV as well. Overall, it’s a very comfortable stay! Note- 1..The lift goes up to the 3rd floor, and after that you need to take a few stairs to reach the terrace 2. You’ll have good high-speed Wi-Fi The space 1. My property is located in Sector 6, MDC Panchkula, and it is very close to all major localities. IT Park is hardly 500 meters away. We are also very close to daily essentials. The railway station is around 7 km from here, the airport is about 15 km away, and Chandigarh Sector 17 is roughly 10 km from the property. We are also near Tau Devi Lal Stadium in Panchkula, which makes the location very convenient for guests. 2. If someone is traveling to Himachal, especially towards Shimla, we are located just 2–3 kilometers inside from the highway, making it a very convenient location to reach. 3.The host lives on the property, so if there is ever any kind of issue, the host or a family member will always be available to help. 4. There is no shortage of parking. There is plenty of parking space right in front of the house, and it is always under camera surveillance. 5. The neighborhood is very peaceful, so we expect guests to maintain the same quiet atmosphere and avoid any kind of noise. It is a very calm and comfortable stay where you can relax peacefully. 6. Reaching the property is very easy, as Ola and Uber are easily accessible. All amenities like Swiggy and Zomato are also very good in this area and get delivered within a few minutes. Ola and Uber are available anytime for convenient travel to and from the property. 7. When you stay at Casadura, you can visit the Mata Mansa Devi Temple and the Kohni Sahib Gurdwara, both of which are very famous & at the walking distance from here. These are must-visit places and offer a lot of positivity. 8. We also have two street dogs here and one adopted dog named Winter, who usually stays on the ground floor. He is very friendly — you can play with him and even feed him. This will make your stay even more wonderful. 9. We do not host any kind of parties, and we do not allow them either, because there are other floors with Airbnb rooms on the first and second floors. We want to provide a peaceful environment for all guests so that everyone who stays here leaves with a good experience. Guest access Guests can use terrace garden. During your stay Host lives in the premises with family. Guests Can contact anytime for any help. Other things to note 1. When you stay here, if you order from Swiggy, Zomato, or other food delivery services, you will need to pick up the order from the ground floor. When you check out, please inform the host or the caretaker. If the caretaker is managing your stay, make sure to inform them accordingly. 2 At the time of checkout, please switch off all appliances. If you are leaving the room or going outside, make sure to turn off the AC, heater, and all other appliances to prevent any accidents. 3.Smoking is allowed on the terrace or balconies, not inside the room.
