Cosy Goa villa with it all. 900m to Fatrade beach.

This cosy yet luxurious villa is part of a resort-like estate in Fatrade, a peaceful and lively South Goa village. While the beach is 900 metres away, the estate pool is about 50 steps from the villa. In the tranquil neighbourhood are five star properties like the Caravela Resort, Leela and Taj Exotica. More to it: ~ The villa comes with free wi-fi and DTH television. ~ Bike / car rental can be arranged. ~ Airport pick up/drop can be arranged (chargeable). The space Surrounded by lush green trees and painted in a mellow yellow tone, the villa has 3 floors, with a bedroom each on every floor. While all bedrooms have air conditioning, two bedrooms have attached bathrooms. The bedroom on the top floor has an attached toilet, and no bath. The main entrance door on the ground floor - painted in welcoming green - opens to a spacious living and dining area with a kitchenette that is well stocked. This living space has a flat screen television with DTH, while the cooking area next to it includes a refrigerator, microwave and a functioning stove in the kitchenette with all utensils that may be needed stacked in clean, easy to use drawers and racks. BEDROOM ONE: Next to this living space on the ground floor is a bedroom with large french windows that has an attached bathroom. Refurbished recently, all furniture in this bedroom and the villa is new and has been chosen to enhance the natural aesthetics of the place while adding a bit of modern charm and functionality. BEDROOM TWO: On the first floor is another bedroom with wooden flooring and large french windows of its own, and an attached bathroom. This bedroom comes with an exclusive open terrace as well that offers views of the estate and the beautiful palm leaves that often sway into the terrace. BEDROOM THREE: The second floor houses the largest bedroom in the villa and has a slant roof to pair with the wooden flooring as well. This attic space has a toilet, but not a bath. This space is spacious enough to house a double bed and an additional mattress, if required. The villa can house 1 to 6 persons. We do not allow more than 6 people in the villa to ensure a pleasant stay for the guests. Guest access Outside: ~ The pool, surrounded by dense greenery, is available to all guests and is also shared by guests staying at the estate. There is an adult pool and a kids pool, and they are cleaned daily. Given the circumstances and Covid-19, access and use of pool is subject to government guidelines. POOL RULES: Timings: 8 am to 7 pm Proper swimwear is mandatory. Drinking in and around the pool is prohibited. ~ The estate pathways: The estate has beautiful green trees mapped across its lawns that run through the central parts of the estate. These make for lovely morning and evening walks if you don't feel like hitting the beach or the cafes around. ~ Parking: There is space for parking vehicles right outside the estate. This is completely safe and there is 24x7 security. ~ Estate kitchen: Not serving currently, as a Covid-19 safety measure. The estate has a private kitchen with a predefined menu. The menu and contact information is available at the villa. ~ Rent a bike: There are quite a few bike and scooter rental services within 100 metres of the estate that offer hourly and daily bike rentals. Cars and drivers can be hired as well. ~ Grocery: Well-stocked groceries are in the vicinity as well. ~ Cafes: While the beach offers shacks to enjoy food and drinks along the coast, there are a few other cafes in the neighbourhood as well. Inside: ~ Bed linen: Clean bed linen is provided with all bedrooms. Extra mattresses and linen can be arranged at an additional price with prior information. ~ Towels: All bathrooms are equipped with clean face and bathing towels. ~ Toiletries: Basic toiletries are provided as well. ~ Kitchen utensils: The kitchenette includes all basic utensils that may be required for cooking, serving and eating. ~ Electronic appliances: The villa has a 32" flat screen television with DTH, a double-door refrigerator, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. There's also a stove. All bathrooms have geysers for hot water as well, just as all bedrooms have air conditioners. A press to iron clothes is also available in the villa. ~ Power back-up: The estate provides 100% power back-up. However, power outages can be common in Goa, and thus in some rare instances, there can be no power for sometime. The ambience of the estate, the pleasant vibe of South Goa and the gentle sea breeze more than make up though when that happens. ~ Housekeeping: Villa staff ensure that the premises remain clean and housekeeping facility is available as and when required. Towels and bed linen are changed regularly. ~ Wifi: The villa offers high-speed wifi - free for all guests.
